Twenty years ago, a choice was made.

A choice to believe in something stronger. To move forward, even in the face of fear. That choice didn't stay small. It grew into something bigger than any one moment or person.

It became a movement.

Join us February 5–7, 2027, as we celebrate the 20th Anniversary Running of DONNA Marathon Weekend, featuring 26.2 with DONNA The National Marathon to Finish Breast Cancer® and a weekend of unforgettable experiences honoring the people, stories, and community that have carried this movement for two decades.

Whether you're chasing a personal best, celebrating survivorship, honoring someone you love, or joining us for the very first time, you'll become part of a community united by hope, compassion, and the belief that no one should face breast cancer alone.

Every mile helps The DONNA Foundation provide hope, support, and financial relief to people living with breast cancer while bringing us closer to a future where breast cancer is finished for all.

As we celebrate this extraordinary milestone, we'll be unveiling special anniversary experiences, exclusive commemorative keepsakes, meaningful ways to honor the people who inspire us, and unforgettable moments throughout the journey to race weekend.
